Super P Force Tablet is a prescription medicine used in adult men for the treatment of both erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE). It combines two active ingredients:
Sildenafil 100 mg – helps improve blood flow to the penis, making it easier to achieve and maintain an erection.
Dapoxetine 60 mg – helps delay ejaculation and improve control over ejaculation.
How it works
Sildenafil belongs to a class of medicines called PDE-5 inhibitors. It works by relaxing blood vessels in the penis during sexual stimulation. Dapoxetine is a short-acting SSRI that acts on the nervous system to delay ejaculation. Together, they address both ED and PE.
How to take it
Usually taken 1–3 hours before sexual activity.
Do not take more than one tablet in 24 hours.
Avoid excessive alcohol, as it can increase dizziness and other side effects.

Blurred vision
Diarrhea
Important warnings
Not suitable for men taking nitrate medicines for chest pain, as this can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.
Use cautiously if you have heart disease, severe liver disease, or certain eye disorders.
