Extra Super P force

Extra Super P-Force is a combination prescription medicine used in adult men to treat both:
Erectile Dysfunction (ED) – difficulty getting or maintaining an erection.
Premature Ejaculation (PE) – ejaculation that occurs sooner than desired.
Composition
Most commonly, Extra Super P-Force contains:
Sildenafil Citrate 100 mg – a PDE-5 inhibitor that increases blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation.
Dapoxetine 100 mg – a short-acting SSRI that helps delay ejaculation.
How it works
Sildenafil helps achieve and maintain an erection by improving penile blood flow when sexually aroused.
Dapoxetine increases serotonin activity in the nervous system, helping improve control over ejaculation and prolong intercourse.
Typical use
Usually taken 30–60 minutes before sexual activity.
Generally not taken more than once in 24 hours.
Sexual stimulation is still required for Sildenafil to work.

Nausea
Nasal congestion
Indigestion
Dry mouth
Temporary visual disturbances
Important precautions
Do not use this medicine if you:
Take nitrate medications for chest pain.
Have certain serious heart conditions.
Have been advised to avoid sexual activity for medical reasons.
Because the dapoxetine dose in some Extra Super P-Force formulations is relatively high (100 mg), the risk of dizziness, nausea, and low blood pressure may be greater than with standard sildenafil–dapoxetine combinations.
