Levolin® Inhaler 50 mcg (Levosalbutamol 50 mcg) is a fast-acting "reliever" inhaler used to quickly open the airways and relieve breathing difficulties. It belongs to a class of medicines called short-acting bronchodilators (SABAs).
Uses
Relief of asthma symptoms
Relief of symptoms of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
Treatment of wheezing, shortness of breath, chest tightness, and coughing due to airway narrowing.
How it works
Levosalbutamol relaxes the muscles around the airways, causing them to widen and making it easier to breathe. It usually works within minutes and provides quick symptom relief.
Typical use
Used as a rescue/reliever inhaler when symptoms occur.
Also may be used before exercise if prescribed to prevent exercise-induced bronchospasm.
Follow the number of puffs recommended by your doctor.

Precautions
Inform your doctor if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid disorders, or low potassium levels.
